P-G-L Inaugural Blog Post

It all begins with an idea.

Having had the privilege to meet and work with over 1,000 CEO’s of early stage B2B Software businesses and System Integrator consultancies, I’ve noticed that partnerships are often thought of as a conundrum. For companies that do make partnerships core from their beginning and get it right, the advantages are astronomical. Why? The sheer, force-multiplying effect, of partnerships is truly incredible. Partnerships are all about the power of 3’s. 3x the leads, 3x the quality, 3x the size of deals, 3x the speed through pipeline, 1/3 of the price of traditional marketing.

So why the conundrum?

Partnerships are often looked at as some sort of dark art. Many founders have tried partnerships and haven’t gotten the results that they expected. It’s no surprise either, there’s more to it than just two willing parties coming together but it doesn’t require magic either.

Yes there’s nuance and every business is different. With a clear strategy, the right resources and operations however, my experience is that every business can benefit from partnerships in a truly meaningful way.

That sparked an idea. What if founders and CEO’s were given a resource to help put in place the framework for partnerships to not only exist but truly “go live”. In other words create enough mutual value for all parties involved to fund continuous investment and growth.

So I created Partner-Go-Live, a combination of content, materials and fractional Partner Leadership services to help CEO’s and Founders get meaningful value from partnerships for their businesses now and into the future. By helping share my experience, diving into the weeds and getting work done and leveraging my network, my vision is to help thousands of companies grow faster and further than previously possible, creating more jobs, more wealth and more prosperity all around.

If you are a founder or CEO and you are looking for ways to help grow your business as efficiently as possible through the power of partnerships, schedule a free 30 minute consult and let’s have a conversation.
